Shawn came out to our home and did an in-depth calculation to determine our heating and ac needs. He installed our new furnace and ac in a timely matter. Shawn discovered many issues with the old wiring, drainage and duct work that he made right. We are for the first time ever enjoying comfortable temperatures in every room of our home without additional heaters!! Looking forward to a comfortable summer as well with cheaper utility bills. Living in Spartanburg in a dark single wide mobile home in the middle of summer without AC is not pleasurable. I lucked up on a card with American Veterans number on it and gave it a call. One ring and I was speaking with the owner who wasted no time in assisting me with my dilemma (he was here within an hour). Not only was Sean polite and honest, but I found his professionalism and knowledge surpassed by none I have met thus far. Sean went above and beyond the call of duty when he “swung by” later just to make sure all was well. I have since talked with Sean, actually called to give him an “atta-boy”…which was well deserved! His number is now programmed as my new heating and AC guy.

Shawn is a member at Northbrook Baptist Church, where I attend. So when my A/C began making a squeeking noise, I asked Shawn to take a look at it. No surprise, it was not making any noise when Shawn came out, but he recharged the unit, cleaned the coils and a few other minor things. Everything was done in a very competent,professional manner and at a very reasonable price. A few days later, Shawn called to see if there were any problems and offered to stop by to check the unit out again. Shawn is my new A/C man, the next time I need service or repairs, he is the one I will call!
American Veteteran AC has taken over doing the service and maintenance of our AC systems at Northbrook Baptist Church.
